Healthcare information
Important
AyuraAI website content is provided for general information about our technology and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Healthcare decisions should be made by appropriately qualified professionals.
Content on the AyuraAI public website is provided for general information about AyuraAI and its technology. It is not medical advice, clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice or a substitute for professional healthcare judgement.
You should not make decisions about an individual's medication, treatment, diagnosis or healthcare solely on the basis of information published on this website. Appropriate advice should be obtained from a suitably qualified healthcare professional where required.
AyuraAI does not provide emergency medical services through this website.
Technology and care decisions
AyuraAI technology is designed to support care professionals and organisations with information, coordination and insights. Technology should support, rather than replace, appropriate professional judgement and human decision-making.
The public website does not claim that AyuraAI diagnoses medical conditions, prevents medical events, replaces clinicians, makes autonomous prescribing decisions or guarantees particular clinical outcomes.
See the AI & medical disclaimer for the intended-use, emergency, medication and AI notices.
Intended use
AyuraAI is intended for care coordination, information organisation, communication, administrative support and human-reviewed AI-assisted summaries.
It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, disease prediction, prognosis, clinical decision-making, emergency monitoring, or as a replacement for a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or other qualified professional.
Eligibility and accounts
If account features are made available, you must provide accurate registration details, keep login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused. Early-access or pre-release features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn.
Product information and outcomes
Descriptions of benefits, capabilities, examples, demonstrations and potential outcomes on the website are informational.
Any examples of how AyuraAI may support care teams are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular clinical, operational, financial or care outcome.
Actual use and outcomes may depend on factors including:
- organisation configuration;
- data availability;
- workflows;
- implementation;
- authorised users;
- care setting.
Book a Demo requests
You may use the website to request a demonstration of AyuraAI.
When a visitor submits the form:
- AyuraAI receives the enquiry;
- a confirmation email may be sent to the email address provided;
- an AyuraAI team member may contact them using the information submitted;
- the team will arrange a suitable time separately.
Submitting the Book a Demo form does not automatically schedule or guarantee a particular appointment time.
Submitting a demo request does not, by itself, create a contract for the purchase or supply of AyuraAI services. Any commercial relationship should be governed by separate agreed terms.
For information about how demo enquiry data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

When you submit forms or contact AyuraAI, you should:
- provide information you reasonably believe to be accurate;
- avoid impersonating another person;
- avoid submitting fraudulent enquiries;
- avoid submitting malicious content;
- avoid deliberately interfering with website operation.
Please do not submit identifiable resident, patient, service-user, medical or other sensitive care information through general website enquiry or demo-request forms. See our Privacy Policy for further information.

AI-generated content
AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed against the underlying information.
Medication reminders
Medication reminder features are organisational aids only. AyuraAI does not independently verify prescriptions, medicines, dosage, timing, administration, interactions, contraindications or whether medication has actually been taken.
Emergencies
AyuraAI is not an emergency response or medical monitoring service and must not be relied upon to identify or respond to an emergency or deterioration in a person's health.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, AyuraAI or its licensors own or license intellectual-property rights in applicable website content, including AyuraAI branding, logos, copy, product illustrations, graphics, software, interface designs and original materials.
You may:
- browse the website;
- print or download reasonable extracts for personal or legitimate internal business evaluation.
You may not:
- falsely claim Ayura content as your own;
- modify Ayura branding in a misleading way;
- use Ayura names or marks to imply endorsement;
- reproduce substantial website content commercially without appropriate permission.
AyuraAI does not claim ownership of third-party materials published on this site.
AyuraAI branding
The AyuraAI name, logo and associated branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not use them in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship or endorsement without appropriate permission.
Website content
AyuraAI aims to keep information useful and up to date, but the website may contain generalised information, product functionality may evolve, screenshots may show illustrative configurations, and product availability may differ. Website content should not automatically be treated as contractual specifications.
Where specific functionality, pricing, implementation requirements or service commitments are important to a purchasing decision, they should be confirmed with AyuraAI and documented in the applicable commercial agreement.
Website availability
We aim to keep the AyuraAI website available and functioning appropriately, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the public website.
The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure issues or events outside reasonable control.
Different service-level or availability commitments may apply to customers under separate contractual agreements. This section applies to the public website only.
Changes to the website
AyuraAI may improve the website, change its design, update content, add or remove website features, and update product descriptions. This clause applies to the public website and does not, by itself, change services contracted under a separate customer agreement.
Third-party websites and services
AyuraAI may link to external websites or resources for convenience, such as partners, documentation, social networks, service providers or external research.
A link does not necessarily mean that AyuraAI endorses or controls the third-party website. Please review third-party terms and privacy information separately.
Linking to our website
You may create reasonable links to publicly available AyuraAI pages provided the link is lawful, is not misleading, does not imply an association or endorsement that does not exist, and does not damage or misuse AyuraAI branding.
AyuraAI may ask for misleading or unlawful links to be removed where appropriate.
Website security
AyuraAI uses appropriate measures designed to protect its website. Visitors should also take reasonable precautions when using internet services.
No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise that a cyberattack will never occur.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to applicable law:
- general website information is provided for informational purposes;
- visitors remain responsible for decisions made based on general website content;
- AyuraAI is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on website content where professional or contractual confirmation would reasonably have been required;
- AyuraAI is not responsible for third-party websites outside its control.
TODO LEGAL: Do not publish a financial liability cap until it has been approved by a solicitor. No cap is stated in these website Terms.
This section applies to use of the public website. It does not automatically form part of any AyuraAI customer contract.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you qualify as a consumer, these Terms are not intended to take away statutory consumer protections.
Misuse of the website
AyuraAI may take reasonable measures to protect the website where there is attempted unauthorised access, malicious activity, unlawful activity, security abuse or disruption of the website. Possible measures may include restricting access.
Ordinary mistakes or disagreement with website content are not, by themselves, treated as grounds for restricting access.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable requirements. The current version always shows the last updated date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, AyuraAI may provide additional notice where appropriate. Updating this public webpage does not, by itself, change historic rights under a separate customer contract.
If part of these Terms is invalid
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Enforcement of these Terms
If AyuraAI does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean it has permanently given up the right to do so.
