Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how AyuraAI collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us or request a demonstration. It is not a complete description of how information will be processed inside a live care-coordination workspace.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Who we are

AyuraAI is a UK-facing care coordination and information-management platform designed to help families and care teams organise information and stay connected.

The trading name used on this website is AyuraAI. The registered legal entity name, company number and registered office have not yet been published here because they have not been confirmed in this website's configuration.

Privacy questions can be sent to info@ayuraai.co.uk.

Information we may collect

Website and enquiry information

When you submit the Book a Demo form, we collect the details you provide. At the time of writing, that can include first name, last name, work email, phone number where given, organisation name, job title, organisation type, approximate resident or service-user numbers, and any message you add.

Please do not include identifiable resident, patient or other sensitive care information in website enquiry forms.

Usage, device and security information

This public website application does not currently load analytics, advertising or session-replay tools. Hosting or infrastructure providers may still process technical information such as IP address, browser type or request logs that is necessary to deliver and protect the website.

Platform information, if you later use AyuraAI

If your organisation or household uses the AyuraAI platform, additional information may be processed according to the account configuration and any customer agreement. That may include account details, care notes, appointments, documents, meals, hydration, wellbeing observations, mobility or sleep information, medication reminders, communications between authorised users, and AI-generated summaries or trends derived from information users record.

This website Privacy Notice does not, by itself, set out a complete inventory of live platform data fields. Those details should be confirmed in customer privacy information when the platform is made available.

How we use information

We use website and enquiry information to:

  • respond to demo or contact requests;
  • arrange a conversation with the AyuraAI team;
  • operate and protect the website;
  • keep records of enquiries where needed for administration or legal claims;
  • improve website content, without a third-party analytics product currently being used.

Submitting a demo request is treated as a service enquiry. It is not treated as consent to receive unrelated marketing emails.

Lawful basis

UK data-protection law generally requires a lawful basis for processing personal information. The specific Article 6 basis, and any Article 9 condition for special-category health information, depends on the relationship and the processing activity.

For website demo enquiries, processing is typically necessary to take steps at a person's request before entering a contract, or for AyuraAI's legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, provided those interests are not overridden by the individual's rights.

TODO LEGAL: Confirm and document the actual Article 6 lawful bases and, where relevant, Article 9 conditions for each processing activity before launch. This page does not assert a complete or final lawful-basis matrix.

Health and care information

Care notes, medication reminders, wellbeing observations and similar records can include special-category health information. AyuraAI should only process that information where there is a lawful basis, an appropriate Article 9 condition where required, and suitable safeguards.

Users must only upload, access or share personal information about another individual where they are lawfully authorised to do so. Being a relative, friend or informal carer does not by itself establish authority to access or disclose another person's health or care information.

AyuraAI does not ask website visitors to submit resident or patient health information through the public demo form.

Controller and processor

For this public website and demo enquiries sent to AyuraAI, AyuraAI generally determines how that enquiry information is used and is likely to act as a controller.

For care-provider or organisation customers, AyuraAI may act as a processor for information the customer records about residents, service users or staff, while remaining a controller for its own business records. The allocation should be set out in the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms. This website notice does not replace those documents.

Book a Demo

When someone submits a Book a Demo form, AyuraAI uses the information to understand the enquiry and to contact them. A confirmation email may be sent via Resend, and a team member may follow up using the details provided. Submitting the form does not book a fixed appointment or create a supply contract.

Sharing information

Website enquiry information may be shared with:

  • AyuraAI team members who need it to respond;
  • service providers who help us operate the website or send email, currently including Resend for demo-request emails;
  • professional advisers or authorities where the law requires or allows this.

On the platform, information may also be visible to other authorised users according to configured roles and permissions. Being a family member does not automatically confer access.

Website-related service providers currently identified: Resend (demo-request email delivery).

TODO LEGAL: Publish a complete subprocessor list for the live platform once vendors are confirmed. Do not assume hosting, AI or analytics vendors from this website repository.

AI processing

AyuraAI is designed to generate AI-assisted summaries and to help users review recorded information. AI providers, prompt retention and any model-training use of customer data are not confirmed in this website repository.

TODO LEGAL / PRODUCT: Confirm AI/model providers, whether prompts and outputs are retained, and whether customer data is used to train models. Until that is confirmed, this notice does not claim that customer data is, or is not, used for training.

International transfers

If a service provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used. The hosting region for the live platform is not confirmed in this repository.

TODO LEGAL: Confirm hosting provider, data locations and international-transfer mechanism before launch.

Data retention

Demo-request information is kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and for a reasonable administration period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Approved retention schedules for platform data have not been published in this repository.

TODO LEGAL: Replace this general wording with approved retention periods.

Security

AyuraAI uses access controls and operational practices designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Specific controls such as encryption, multi-factor authentication, audit logs, backups or certifications are described only where they are actually implemented and confirmed.

TODO LEGAL / SECURITY: Document the controls that are actually in place before making more specific public security statements.

Your rights

Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability in some cases. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

TODO LEGAL: Confirm ICO registration or fee status before adding a registration number.
